1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Alterok, Inc., a Delaware corporation, who operates nito. By using nito you accept them. If you use it for a company, you accept them for that company. You must be at least 13.
2. The service
nito reviews UI changes against your component library and the Figma designs you approve. It runs inside your coding agent and on your pull requests. It is in early access: access is by invitation, and features may change or be removed.
nito is free during early access. If that changes, we will tell you first.
3. Your code and designs
You own everything you connect. You give us permission to read, process and store it only as far as needed to run the service for you, and you confirm you have the right to connect it. We do not use it to train models. See the privacy policy for how we handle data.
4. Findings are suggestions
nito’s findings can be wrong or incomplete, and a clean review does not mean your interface has no problems. nito never merges a pull request. You remain responsible for what you ship.
5. Fair use
Do not use nito to break the law, connect code you have no right to use, attack or overload the service, or resell it.
6. Ending
You can stop using nito and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months or 100 euros, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
8. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes go to the courts of Barcelona unless consumer law says otherwise. When the terms change we update the date at the top. Questions: [email protected].
